Don't Sound Like No Sonnet
#7 The Beatles [The White Album], The Beatles, Capitol Records, 1968
30 tracks. 29 pieces of pop perfection. 1 eight minute art wank. 1,000,000 reasons to keep dropping the needle. 'Nuff said.

Hmmm... tell me more about this "8 minute wank"...
Anyways, I like this pick. I used to love this record (and I never did actually stop liking it, I just lost my copy of it) and I never even listened to disc 2 more than 1 or 2 times. I look forward to getting another copy sometime soon.
Two words: Revolution 9. The first disc of this set is unimaginably good, but there are some "hidden" delights at the end of disc 2 like "Cry Baby Cry" and "Savoy Truffle."
